Our Reseller Plan allows you to resell our Software and Databases. You can re-brand the products/services and establish a new business with them, or expand an existing one.
There are a few restrictions which we established to ensure the viability of our Reseller Plan, so that all participants are on a level playing field. We monitor this Plan closely to make certain that the rules are followed.
Reseller Plan Highlights and Restrictions
- To become a Reseller you Must pay our Reseller Fee. This fee is for a 1-Year license. This license is good for anything you purchase from our web site. This includes any databases currently available, but excludes ebooks, residential records (white pages) and custom databases.
- You MUST sign and date our Reseller Agreement (which we will email or fax to you), and email or fax it back to us within 10 Business Days after you purchase your Reseller License.
- By purchasing a Reseller License you are permitted to resell and/or repackage our databases, and keep the money you make, with the exception of our Data Leasing Service (See info below). Once you are a reseller you will receive special Wholesale Pricing on all of our products - 50% off! This even applies to our Sale items. For example if a database Retails for $40, and there is a 20% Off Sale, as a wholesaler you can purchase that database for just $16! ($40-20%=$32 then subtract 50% = $16).
- Any database you buy from us within the next year is yours to do whatever you want. Even after your license expires the databases you have already purchased are yours to resell forever.
- You CANNOT sell individual databases for less than 40% of the current Retail price as established on this web site. For example, if 'Database A' retails for $50 on our web site you CANNOT resell it for less than $20. The Retail Price is the price we establish before any sale or discount.
- You CANNOT sell database packages (database groupings or database collections) for less than 20% of the current Retail price of the databases combined. For example, if you want to package 50 databases together, and the total Retail Price of the collection, if purchased separately, is $1,000, you may not sell that collection for less than $200. The Retail Price is the price we establish before any sale or discount.
Coupons, Gift Certificates, or Special Discounts
CAN NOT BE APPLIED to the purchase of your Reseller License.
THIS ITEM MUST BE PURCHASED PRIOR TO THE PURCHASE OF ANY DATABASE, if you want to resell that database(s).
If you are planning to be a reseller of our databases, you will need to make two purchases:
- Buy the Reseller License (no discounts can be applied).
- Once you have paid for your license you can then come back and buy whatever databases you want to own and resell. You are free to use any coupons or discounts for these purchases - the Reseller Agreement will still apply. You only have to buy ONE license for the entire year - not a seperate license for each database!
